National Teams: This is for players who do not play other sports or hold a job. Volleyball is the central pre-occupation of their life. They are aiming for college scholarship opportunities. There will be travel to other states during the season.

Regional Teams (playing within the state of Florida): Pricing is based on regional tournaments. Travel would extend to north and south Florida, averaging two tournaments per month.

Local Teams: such teams would limit travel to the Central Florida area and avoid extended travel. This also provides a more economical option. They would still average two tournaments per month.

Note: The club fees cover coaching, facilities, equipment, and gear (uniforms, t-shirts, hoodies, backpacks). Families/players would need to transport themselves to the playing sites.

Another note: All coaches for the Western Orlando Volleyball Club coach for an Orange County Public School. This means they have undergone the requisite background check, CPR/First Aid training, and fingerprinting, along with completion of the Heat Illness, Recruiting, and Concussion (National Federation of High Schools) classes. This is something to help with parental peace of mind.

Volleyball should be fun

This is a fun sport. Yes, you can work toward a college scholarship. Yes, we work with weights and do drills in the gym. But, it should still be a fun experience. We focus on the process. Little by little, a little becomes a lot.

  • Volleyball is a technical game. You can keep improving your play until you are too old to move. We teach you how to be a humble learner. Humility is not thinking less of yourself. Humility is thinking of yourself less.

  • Do what you do on purpose…with a purpose. In this world of many distractions, we teach players how to focus in the moment.

  • Take responsibility rather than looking to blame. Learn from failure. Value the process. It takes time to get good at volleyball. Embrace the process.
